Michelle Lucero, PA-C and Kim Lee Molina are hosting a health talk on plant based nutrition. The talk will be held January 11th from 11 to 1pm at 9301 Indian School Road in Albuquerque. There are limited seats so reservations are required. Molina and Lucero will discuss how participants may regain control of their health using a variety of products including organic supplemental digestive enzymes with prebiotics and shelf stable probiotics. They will provide demonstrations showing the importance of making sure what is purchased can be absorbed properly.
Lucero has been a Physician’s Assistant for 19 years and while trained in western medicine she feels it is important to augment those treatments with plant based medicines for a more well rounded approach. She works with patients to help them focus and understand digestive health as a priority. “Our enzyme products unlock the nutrients in your food to contribute to better nutrition and overall health.” says Lucero.
Additionally they will discuss a line of CBD products that are different within the market in terms of their extraction process and absorption rates. “Our bodies are mostly water so oil based CBD products aren’t being absorbed properly, which is a waste of money.” says Molina. “The Brizo Pure products are created differently and absorbed better which makes them more effective and cheaper. They are also safer in that all batches are tested with test results provided online so that customers are aware of the quality measures in place to confirm potency.” Molina is a certified personal trainer and certified sports nutritionist and thrives on helping educate others in both fields.
