The holidays are upon us! The level of sugar that will enter our lives multiplies. What follows? The flu…yuck! Why? …because as we travel to visit our loved ones over the holidays, we capitalize on that hotel breakfast that is included in your room rate. Oh, add those office parties designed to sincerely thank you for your service, followed with those traditional sugar pie mom makes every year from a recipe handed down three generations, not including your own gatherings. Before you know it the toxicity of all that sugar has dumped into your system without you even realizing it.
It seems like we’ve bought into the belief that a celebration cannot hold its own without something sweet, REALLY SWEET with lots and lots of alcohol for our guests.

Acknowledge yourself for all those disciplined achievements you have made over this summer which has taken you to new heights with your health, youthful looks and energy. Don’t let these last two months of the year ruin all that you have done for the last ten months!
